"The pool and beach are fantastic. Small minus is that there is no complimentary drinking water. Water is 150 lira for 75 cl. "

"We had a cockroach in the one morning we woke up. Brought it up with both reception and customer relations. The receptionist said she would send someone to clean and sanitise the room. It was done but no further dialog, change of room or any compensation took place despite of another approach from our side to customer relations. He seemed to ”care” more than the receptionist and took notes but the hotel did not take any further actions. With kids in the room, this has clearly affected the whole experience very negatively where we noticed a huge lack of service mind in the staff and hotel management. A luxury hotel on the paper with great potential, but a very bad experience.."

Minus: Hissen till Havet funkade sådär, Hissarna i huset behöver en uppdatering av programvaran, otroligt långsamma och osynkade. Kl 11, Mån & Fre är det Skumparty i 30min, musiken spräckrt trumhinnor och ingen verkade road. Skumparty passar nog bättre på kvällen... +++ Ali o Natalie i poolbaren!!"

"Our stay at Elite World Grand was overall lovely, the hotel is elegant, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful interior. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast, it was truly wonderful, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that we looked forward to every morning. The only downside was the experience before arrival. We had contacted the hotel to help us arrange a taxi from the airport, and although they initially responded, the communication eventually stopped completely. We were left without clear information and had to arrange a taxi on our own last minute, which was quite stressful after a long trip. That said, once we arrived, everything went smoothly and we had a pleasant stay. With just a bit more consistency and follow-through in their guest communication, especially before check-in, the hotel could offer an even more seamless experience. "
