“Thirteen of us stayed very comfortably at this home. Plenty of room for kids to play upstairs while adults were together downstairs or by the fire. Wide range of age appropriate games and toys for everyone. The beach was amazing and just a quick drive down the road. We scooted over to NH for tubing down the Saco River one day. Very happy with this find and look forward to returning next year!”

“The property is located on Kettle Cove on Sebago Lake. It is in a no wake zone for it is perfect for kayaking. The covered dock is perfect for meals and for viewing lake activity. “The house was amazing! We had 5 kids and 5 adults. The house was super clean and the kitchen is huge. We were able to go downtown,Santa’s Village and Story Land. It was the perfect location! I would stay there again!!”
