The property is very well maintained, clean, has AC in all rooms, kitchen is clean and stocked with everything you need if you are into cooking on your vacation. All the appliances are in working order. We have never had any issues during our stay.

Great location since it is close enough to the beach that we could walk and also close enough to walk to a convenience store (Don's One Stop) and to the Dog House restaurant.

The master bedroom has a sky light, so bring a sleep mask. 16 minute walk to the beach was nice.
