Includes full bathroom with tub, small table/desk, blackout shades and curtains, high speed internet, mounted adjustable TV with Roku and large balcony with furniture.

Located close to a major highway, approximately 20 minutes to Denver International Airport and downtown Denver.

Take a deep breath and settle into this relaxed, quiet and modern space. Enjoy all the amenities of a home: keyless entry, fully-stocked kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher, Keurig and Mr. Coffee coffee maker, ample closet space, washer and dryer, mounted TV with Roku that can be pulled out and turned to watch in bed, and a queen size Zinus 12 inch Green Tea Memory mattress. Also includes a large balcony where you can sip your morning coffee or have a meal.

Studio is on the second floor above the garage and located behind the main residence. Private keyless entry. After you step inside, you immediately walk up a flight of stairs that open into the studio. Before arriving, you will receive a code to access the studio.

Please park in the carport located next to the garage, under the studio balcony. If you need additional parking, please park on the street.

No smoking or vaping inside the studio or outside on the premises.

Please use the disposal in the kitchen sink gently and do not throw food down it.

Early check in/check out may be possible based on availability, but there will be an additional charge of $25 for check in before 3pm and for check out after 10am.
