The space
4 BEDROOMS: All bedrooms face the serene backyard for maximum privacy and lots of natural light. Closet space is maximized to keep all your things organized. The two larger upstairs bedrooms come equipped with a dedicated work station, fast internet and monitor!

2 BATHROOMS: One bathroom on each level that both feature full baths, lots of storage, good shower pressure!

KITCHEN: If you love to cook you are in luck, this is a well organized, fully equipped kitchen!

COMMON AREAS: Enjoy gathering around the large dinner table, watch a movie on the projector or have a fun game night in the super comfy living room! And don't forget the backyard, to unwind & chill under the shade trees!

PARKING: 2 car tandem driveway, who doesn't love easy peasy parking!

YES: You will have access to our driveway, our backyard, our entire home and front & back entrance.
NO: Garage, utility closets, locked doors are off limits. Please note the alleyway to the trash area is our duplex neighbors' space, only use it for that purpose.
Other things to note
NO SMOKING on the premises. NO SMOKING inside the house, porch or backyard.
