Spacious family house in a quiet neighborhood. Sleeps 12 people. Comfortable beds. Indoor Jacuzzi in the basement. Backs to a hiking trail that connects to Cherry Creek Trail. 10 minutes away from Cherry Creek Reservoir, and 20 minutes away from downtown Denver. Cul-de-sac with plenty of parking. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and will be wanting to stay again. The house could use some updates but communication with the owner was efficient and effective. Location was absolute key. Neighborhood was beautiful and quite. This was my first time renting an air bnb and i have to say i enjoyed it more then going to a hotel. Thank you for your hospitality and we hope to be able to visit again soon.

Plenty of Space

It was a nice big house in a good location. You can hear heavy traffic if the windows are open. There was plenty of room for everyone, but the house was in desperate need of a deep cleaning. Moldy showers, dirty walls, doors and cabinets, and there was a bad smell coming from the plumbing.

Exactly what we needed!

Golf trip to the Denver area

The property was very spacious, with a very large living area and huge kitchen. We had a group of 7 golfers with access to several great golf courses within 30 minutes. Beds were comfortable, check in and check out were very easy, neighborhood was pretty quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was perfect. Plenty of room for the family to spread out and the bedrooms worked out perfectly for all of our adult kids (8) and one grand child, who flew in for the wedding.

Lots of Room

Great place to stay with many areas of the house for privacy including a large family room, 2 smaller rooms on main level, and a large office/living room downstairs with the 3 twin beds BR. Large kitchen table for 8 with nice patio off the kitchen for outdoor space.

Comfortable with lots of space

Our ultimate frisbee team stayed here for a tournament in Aurora. Lots of space for hanging out, we cooked some good dinners, and enjoyed the big comfy couch in the living room.

Family Gathering

The house was spacious, clean, and just what we needed! It was a place for our of town family to rest and unwind during a busy graduation weekend. The host was very accommodating and quick to answer all our questions/requests. The extra living space in the basement allowed the younger cousins a place to sit and talk away from the older adults and the new baby. We had a great time.

Perfect for large family!

Came in for a family wedding. This house was spacious and in a very nice neighborhood with lots of shopping nearby. Nice walking trail right out back. We really enjoyed our stay!
