Visiting Denver? This studio is conveniently a 6 minute walk from the 38th & Blake RTD Train Station. Located on the edge of the RiNo Arts District, you can walk to countless restaurants, breweries, bars, coffee shops, concert venues, and parks.

Feeling like staying in? This suite has all the essentials for those wanting to stay awhile including a full kitchen.
The space
The studio features the following:
- Dedicated entry with safe lock technology
- 1 Queen Bed
- 2 bedside nightstands with 120v power & USB ports
- 1 Futon
- A 55" tv with satellite television and Netflix via Roku
- 1 Extended stay closet with extra linens and hangers
- 1 ADA accessible bathroom & shower with plenty of towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.
- A fully furnished kitchen with microwave, fridge, hot plate, Keurig, and all the necessary cooking utensils to cook from the suite.

The studio is located on the 1st floor only. As soon as you walk in the front door, you’ll take a left into the studio.

Easy parking, cute neighborhood with nearby green space for the dog. Bed was pretty soft, (not our preference but manageable.) We only sat on the futon but it wasn't the comfiest.

Fantastic Property

This set the bar pretty high for future properties. It was like a hotel without other people to disturb my rest. Plenty of pillows on the bed, very clean facilities, and a very nice kitchenette. I'm also going to miss the the nice shower hahaha.

Perfect for 1-2 people!

My friend and I were visiting Denver for a show at Red Rocks. This studio was the perfect size for us and had everything we needed. The unit itself was easy to get into and was clean with more than enough towels, sheets, paper towels, dishes, etc. The only issue we had was caused by us and the host quickly responded and we were able to resolve it within 20 minutes. We had no issues with street parking and felt very safe as two females, though it definitely seems to be in an up-and-coming area. Easy access to everything in RiNo, downtown, and highways as took us only 30 minutes to get to Red Rocks. We also appreciated the little details such as the shampoo/conditioner/body wash pumps especially given that we flew in, and things like the microwave popcorn packs and huge supply of K-cups for the Keurig. I would highly recommend this place if you are 1-2 people given it is a studio, though it is very efficiently laid out.

Quick Graduation Weekend Trip

We needed somewhere close to Denver Coliseum within walking distance to public transit and stuff to do with our adult daughter staying with us, and our son we were visiting in Denver who was graduating from CU Denver. This place was perfect, and the communication was great. Above and beyond! My daughter left some things and he's shipping them to her. Thank you!

Great spot!

Very happy with everything! Comfy bed, clean and lots of little extras. Neighborhood was very walkable. We did struggle finding parking but once we found a spot didn’t need to move until we left. Highly recommend.
