Espadín LoHi
The Espadín is a curated guest experience, blending cool contemporary loft-style stays with local lifestyle, for the down-to-earth modern traveler.

All of our lofts come equipped with the amenities necessary for a happy, healthy, and productive lifestyle, such as designer-grade kitchens and spacious, impeccably designed, and decorated living spaces, with floor-to-ceiling windows (hellloooo views!) and excellent natural light (big golden hour vibes).

Located in the absolute best neighborhood of Denver, our central LoHi location allows guests to walk, or bike (self-service kiosks nearby) to anything and everything. Hotel Dining
Our eclectic Mexico-City-inspired restaurant and tequila tasting room offering handcrafted Dona Loca Espadín Mezcal and delicious curated meals is female-owned and operated by James Beard award-winning chef, Dana Rodriguez, and CEO Dana Macfarlane. Dona Loca also owns Supermega Bien and Work-and-Class here in Denver.

Inspiring Wellness
Denver is known as one of the healthiest cities in the US, and LoHi is a great representation of why. With a plethora of juice bars, vegetarian restaurants, and fitness/wellness options, including Nurture: a well-care marketplace just a few blocks away, guests will be able to stay on top of their self-care game despite being on vacation.

Hotel wellness events such as weekly rooftop yoga, barre classes, and even ecstatic dance gatherings in the summer are offered as an added benefit for our guests to enhance their (nama)stay.

Each specific unit at the Espadín represents a small business in the neighborhood. Local Artist-Inspired
We've collaborated with local artists to create a space for guests that is reflective of the creative energy of Denver's art community. In our lofts, you will find pieces from Denver-based artists: Sam Prudden, Nikita Coulombe, and Becky Pollard. The Neighborhood:
Located in the absolute best neighborhood of Denver, our central LoHi location allows guests to walk, or bike (self-service kiosks nearby) to literally anything and everything. From the Highlands Farmer's Market each Sunday to the city's best restaurants, you will love popping in and out of the hotel on the fly to explore the local vibe.

But first, coffee!
Coffee shops are a-plenty in the neighborhood, with Coffee for the People being the closest and offering great breakfast burritos and bagels. Method Collective, On and Off, and Novo are all so close by and are equally as great.

Food lover?
Our in-house restaurant is owned by James Beard award-winning chef, Dana Rodriguez, and offers an eclectic mix of Mexico-city-inspired cuisine.

We are also surrounded by the city's best restaurants which guests have the luxury of traveling to on foot, due to our central location. Duo and Root Down for a fresh, farm-to-table dinner, Linger for eclectic tapas, Avante for an assortment of food hall-style meals, Ohana for excellent fresh poke, Rush bowls for a quick acai morning bowl, etc. Many more options can be found on our Insta account page where we have local food recommendations from our favorite Denver foodies.

Vacation Libations anyone?
Zuni Street Brewery is just next door and is a very popular spot for locally brewed beers, plus they have live music in the summer! Recess, Avanti, Lady Jane, and Forest Room 5 are also great places for vacation libations. For more entertainment options, visit our IG page.

Traveling with kids?
Perfect! There are many kid-friendly activities nearby! Approx 15-20 minutes away is the Denver Museum of Nature and Science which boasts epic, educational galleries and an IMAX theatre, and right next door is the Denver Zoo!

Retail Therapy:
There are many locally rooted boutiques in the neighborhood such as Rustic Thread, Strut Boutique, Ruby Jane, and Inspyre.

Music Lover:
Red Rocks Amphitheatre is just 20-30 minutes away and is known to be one of the best outdoor
venues in the entire world. If you love music, or outdoor movies, we definitely suggest checking out their online schedule and purchasing tickets in advance due to strict capacity limits. *Inquire directly about limo/ party bus services.

Connect with Nature:
If you're into mother nature, you will love running, walking, and biking to the many nearby parks- with Sloan's Lake being the most popular, followed by Highland Park and Jefferson Park.

We are a 20-30 minute drive from the foothills which offers endless options for hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, and more. This is what Colorado is known for and we hope you take advantage of being so close.

This was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with friends! Check-in was simple and the apartment was clean/just as advertised in pictures. The location was also convenient to restaurants, downtown, and easy access getting out of the city. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Denver!

Great stay, very challenging booking process

This property uses a 3rd party for their payments and identity verification. I think almost every day for 30 days I got a notification that my stay was at risk for cancelling because I had not completed the identify verification and card verification through the platform (which I had). This was a technology issue on their end - however instead of doing anything about it they kept asking me to reverify. I think it did it 10 times. Finally they had me manually verify which felt sketchy and unsafe (emailing my ID to them) but I was so tired of dealing with this with them. Their support team was very sweet and kind but I think they should have come up with a better solution and made this easier for us.

Denver weekend with family

Loved our stay at the Espadin on Zuni. Property was very clean, quiet and a great location! Balcony had lovely views! Open and bright space with nice kitchen, entertainment, and bathroom amenities. Communication with staff was great, very accommodating for our flight schedule. Would definitely stay again.

Great property and location!

What an amazing apartment. So much room and the high windows and ceilings were gorgeous. Easy to get to and ideal location. Found parking nearby easily. Would definitely stay here again

Girls weekend

The condo is really nice and spacious, big windows with lots of light, great kitchen and large bathrooms. Two not so greats. One it's on a busy street across from a brewery and there is lots of traffic noise and music from the brewery well into the night. Two the TV has no instruction on how to use. Wanted to watch the Nuggets playoff game and could not get live tv, there is an Xfinity remote but when you try the cable app there is no connection. That being said it is in a very walkable location near the brewery, restaurants, coffee shops etc. which was great.
