New management! Previously 5-star rating 18 reviews. Our updated stylish garden-level unit offers everything you need for a cozy and welcoming stay in Denver! Perfect for solo travelers or couples, our thoughtfully designed space is a short walk (or 2-min drive) from Tennyson Street, with its restaurants, bars, and shops. For evenings nearby, Rocky Top Tavern and Goldspot Brewery are just a 2-minute walk away. Regis University is only two blocks away, making our unit ideal for those visiting!
The space
Our newly updated 2/1 garden-level unit blends style and comfort effortlessly. Enjoy the modern decor featuring a West Elm sofa and Fire TVs in each bedroom and the living room, ensuring a homely ambiance. The kitchenette includes everything necessary for preparing simple meals, with a hot plate, toaster oven, and a coffee station to start your mornings smoothly.
Outside:
Step into your private backyard oasis, outfitted with cozy patio seating, a cornhole set for entertainment, and a BBQ grill for your outdoor cooking needs. Just a 2-minute stroll will take you to a nearby brewery and restaurant, perfect for an easy night out in Denver. For those evenings when you wish to explore, a 10-minute walk brings you to the bustling Tennyson Street, packed with bars, restaurants, and shops!

The entire unit, parking space, and backyard is for your use.
Other things to note
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE PERMITTED. This rule is strictly enforced.
There is a neighborhood noise ordinance starting at 10 PM. Please bring all noise indoors after this time. This is a family neighborhood, so we ask that you be respectful of our neighbors.
Please note: This space is a garden-level unit with its own private backyard and private access. The owners live above on the main floor. You will hear footsteps from above, but we have provided noise machines for those sensitive to sounds. Every other Tuesday, the owners need to access the hose-bib/water valve in the backyard on the guest side (no indoor access required).
Pets:
Dogs are welcome! There is a $75 non-refundable pet fee for your stay ($50 extra for a 2nd dog). 2 dog maximum.
Heat:
The heating controls are located upstairs, so you won't have direct access to them. We will maintain a comfortable temperature during your stay, but if you need adjustments, please send us a message. Each bedroom closet has space heaters and portable fans for your convenience. There is no AC in the unit.
Security Cameras:
There is a security camera installed by the owners' private entrance only; there are no cameras on the guest side.
Childproofing:
Please be aware that this house has not been specifically childproofed. Guests accept any risk of harm to children or infants on the property.
Travel Insurance/Cancellations:
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance through your airline, car rental company, or travel insurance website. We cannot offer refunds outside of our cancellation policy, including date change requests. No refunds will be given for travel issues not covered under Airbnb's policy. Please review the cancellation policy found under your reservation.
