“We had a great time! This is the exact kind of beach house we like to stay in. It's cozy, comfortable and has a great view (when there's no fog). We love the fact that it doesn't look like every renovated house full of bigbox store decor! Hopefully we'll be back sooner than last time.”

“We were here years ago and were so excited to see that Sea Gem had added the second bedroom and loft, so we were able to take our whole family. The place is small but well thought out and very cozy. “We brought our daughter and dog, Have family that lives in area so we had a great time enjoying the place. Our dog loved the backyard and we loved the competition games on Air Hockey. This was our seco d tine staying, and will definitely be back. ”

“Absolutely gorgeous view, rooms and bed sizes work well for families. Only thing I would add is that if you are planning to bring a truck to the property (thankfully I brought my suv) it would be very hard to pull into the driveway with the sharp turns going in. Overall…Great place, loved playing ping pong and enjoying the hot tub when the afternoon winds picked up. Good amount of sand castle toys for kids and overall great area for enjoying family dinners and games after a day on the beach. ”

“One problem recognized on arrival dealt with by manager promptly and effectively. Otherwise, only demerits are that upstairs bedrooms did not have night tables where a lamp could be placed or chairs on which you could put your suitcase. Finally, the toaster oven needs to be replaced. All easily fixed.”

“Great cottage in a great location. Check in was quite easy, I had really great communication from the owner about timing, procedures, etc. The bedrooms are cozy, but comfy and the whole place is well appointed. I was easily able to do some cooking with the pots and pans available in the place. The furniture in the living room is comfortable and the TV is huge. There are two decks, one in the front and one in the back which were great to relax on for a meal, or an evening unwind. ...

“The carpets and floors were dirty and every inch of woodwork was nicked and battered. We had to wash everything in the kitchen before using it. The kitchen drawers and cupboards were dirty inside and out. One of the showers was not functional and it was a bathtub only bathroom. The bathrooms were ok but were not exceptionally well cared for. “The property is lovely. Location couldn't be better. We would recommend living room furniture upstairs be swapped with downstairs. It should be noted that there is no walk in shower downstairs. There are some little things that need fixing, but it appears that owner is aware and working on them. (Sliding door downstairs bedroom, Refrig water dispenser, island counter granite falling off.) Nothing that distracted from our stay. ”
