"Rent. Bra sängar. Fick en räkning på frukosten, inte en fråga utan en nota direkt. Frukost hade vi inkluderat men receptionen hade missat det. De ordnade det, men inte kul att få en nota. Hissarna dåliga. Kaffet såg ut som smaksatt vatten alla dagar. Dålig frukost överlag."

"Waited almost 15 minutes to check in because the front desk staff were not present. Also, the floor in the room as dirty because my white socks are black on the bottom.
