“The host was very thorough in giving instructions for parking and check in and check out times. They also responded very quickly with any additional questions I had.It was the perfect spot to host our family Christmas gathering. We watched several movies and made popcorn and door dashed Fongs pizza. Great experience overall!”

“Location was good. Looks to be an up-and-coming area. A little bit of a hike, but walkable to downtown. Check-in was easy however there was no parking pass or fob as promised. We had to find street parking. We were told they could drop off a parking pass, but not until the day we were checking out. After the first night, our door code was disabled and we were locked out. “Easy access to drake university was great”

“This small apartment was exactly what we needed for a quick trip to visit our son in Iowa, where he was interning for the summer. The location was excellent with convenient walking access to Smoky Row Coffee shop (coffee in the morning and ice cream at night....yum!). It was also right off the highway so zipping east to the Harvester Club where our son was working, or west into Des Moines to hit the Jordan Creek Mall was a breeze.Despite the record heat during the week we were there, the two...

“Great place to stay near university ”

“Not the owner fault but the neighbors were slobs. Leave garbage in the hallway, and spilling stuff in the elevator and not cleaning up after themselves. Also the building stunk like pot.The apartment was very nice, but kitchen sink had a smell from not being used enough. Could use kitchen towels and wash clothes. Also could use a bigger fry pan for bacon etc. Overall nice place.”
