“Loved the spacious apartment style - easy to relax in one space while others slept in. Beds were comfy, temperature was perfect even during an Iowa heatwave. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. (coffee in the cupboard!) Off street parking was a really nice perk. We will definitely be back! Almost forgot! The Koreana Japanese restaurant downstairs - perfect for a late night snack! 😋 (Along with beers from Pulpit Rock & Topling)”

“Clean and great location! I didn’t realize there were 4 apartments above Koreanna, which made it a bit noisy at times. There could be more furniture in the living room. The kitchen was minimalist—it had a toaster oven, toaster, microwave and small refrigerator. It sleeps 7.”

“My husband and I had a fabulous anniversary trip. Aaron was a great communicator, accommodating and kind. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfy. We walked everywhere which was perfect. Enjoyed the museum and dinner/ breakfast at Caroline’s was amazing! Downtown city buzz was a bit loud at times but we didn’t mind. We would come back again! Incredible trip. ”

“We booked to get out in nature and unwind. This property checked the boxes. It’s something different and location was great. There are a lot additional fees that drive the cost up. While it was nice to feel secluded away from people, the porta potty was from the 80s and pretty gross. We would have had more room in a tent and would have been much cheaper.”

“We arrived after check in time to find the property not properly cleaned. There were dirty dishes put back in the cabinets, toothpaste in the sink and on the mirror, sheets not on one of the beds and dead bugs on the floor among other things. Requested the unit be cleaned that evening as we were uncomfortable staying there in that condition. The manager called me and said their cleaning crew couldn’t come out and offered to refund the cleaning fee. Found that unacceptable and requested a full...

“Do not book this property! Arrived and it smelled musty. The yard was shin high, not mowed and the fire pit was dirty and no firewood. Had an issue with the gas stove, called the host. Ended up having called the fire department on our own, they recommended we get our stuff out. It was 11 o’clock at night and went to a hotel. Had booked three nights only stayed one night and no compensation.! Hosts were not helpful and we’re quite rude. VERY DISAPPOINTED”
