Hotell nära Desert Park Natural Reserve

“You paid a lot of money to stay in this high end resort and it was worth the price.”

“Best all inclusive hotel I’ve ever stayed at! 10/10”

“The staff were phenomenal. Made a special occasion truly unforgettable. They never hesitated to assist with all questions, tours, and accommodations. Genuinely enjoyed our time and cannot wait to return. The room was spacious and beautiful with an ocean view. The gym was well stocked and clean. The washer dryer was indispensable. Cannot sing their praises enough.”

“Excelente lugar para descansar y relajarse, con muy buena comida y tragos, recomendado si buscan un inclusivo no tan lleno.”

“Gorgeous property and location. Nice rooms but missing fundamentals for a 5 star hotel...for example, ice bucket, possibility to make coffee or tea, etc. Also disappointed at the system for reserving lounge chairs around the pool. Nearly everything is taken before 9am by guests who belong to certain clubs, or who pay more, which seems unfair to guests who already pay a premium to stay at such a resort.”

“One of our most favorite resorts to stay at in San Jose Del Cabo. Great for couples and families!”

“The room itself donst look as pretty as it its on the pictures plus they gave me i paid for a ocean view amd got a partial view when I i would go out side to the balcony you can see the other hotels back side instead of the ocean wich I would have to turn to see”

“I love this place. There were so many great things about it. The staff was incredible. Every one of them. All helpful and kind. The food was amazing. The accommodation was comfortable. we’re”

“We had a wonderful couple of days here with family and friends. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The kids had a great time in the lazy river and the food everywhere was incredible. All the staff were very attentive and friendly. I gave it a four star because I feel there needs to be a bit more for kids to do as there isn’t much. We had 11-13 yr olds and I feel if there’s a teen lounge, ping pong something extra it would be amazing!”

“Rooms were a bit dated. Hallways were dirty. Elevators were non working in areas and dirty as well. Dress code restrictions and no reservation option made eating a challenge for a beach resort. Definitely over priced. Slow room service. Pools were nice but no staff taking orders around pool as would be expected at an all inclusive resort. Would not go there again.”
