âThere were 2 restaurants and 1 bar plus room service. We ate solely at the resort. Some foods were better than others but there were still a good amount of options to choose from. The beds were incredibly comfortable, especially the huge pillows. Internet access was great throughout the whole resort. The transportation access was a bit lacking, not too many times available and it was pricey. The service was amazing. All staff! âSolaz is one of the nicest resorts Iâve ever stayed at. Every single detail is carefully curated. From the second you arrive, the staff ensures you enjoy every moment. You get a concierge assigned to you upon checking in. The architecture of this property is immaculate. Moving on to the rooms, perfection. They all face the ocean. The thermostat's temperature is ideal, and the drapes are automated, and you can also pull a whole temporary wall if you want privacy from the closet/bathroom area....
âGorgeous property and location. Nice rooms but missing fundamentals for a 5 star hotel...for example, ice bucket, possibility to make coffee or tea, etc. Also disappointed at the system for reserving lounge chairs around the pool. Nearly everything is taken before 9am by guests who belong to certain clubs, or who pay more, which seems unfair to guests who already pay a premium to stay at such a resort.â
âNo frills, classy resort with beautiful pools and one of the few swimmable beaches in the area. Perfect for our first trip with our baby under 1. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. â
