This 2nd floor (no elevator), one bedroom, one bath condo is located within Indian Lake, a mostly residential complex. This makes it easy to come and go, as parking is located nearby the entrance.

You will be within a 5 minute drive to the beach, shopping & restaurants. The complex has a swimming pool and fitness center.

Dog friendly (2 dogs max). No pet fee. Near the dog park.

At least one registered adult must be 21+.

• Startup coffee pods along with powdered creamer, and sugar and stevia packets

• Large walk-in closet with full length mirror, iron, ironing board, lots of clothes hangers, extra bedding items and a Pak N Play.
