“We visited Hill City for the 4th of July to celebrate and visit family. We wanted our own space to retreat to with our two children and this property was perfect! It sits just outside of town, away from the crowds but close enough to quickly get back to the fun! The units were clean, nicely organized and had everything we could have needed if we forgot something. The view of Hill Lake is gorgeous. I highly recommend this place if you need a quiet, peaceful lake retreat! ”

“This lake home had very adequate supplies; kitchen was very useful in the large family room. There are many beds for a large group. The teen girls enjoyed the bunk beds. A bathroom on each floor was essential so welcome. We so enjoyed the included pontoon and were able to launch our boat to pull tubers. A campfire provided us with an enjoyable time having s'mores. “Beautiful property. Grandkids especially enjoyed the beach and shallow water. Caught lots of smaller fish. Loved the location and activities nearby. Mike was easy to reach and readily available. Check in was extremely easy and the home layout was great for 12 people. Bedrooms were very nice and comfortable. Kitchen was excellent. The island gave us lots of space for preparation. Downstairs refrigerator was a wonderful addition for beverages. ”

“The house looked exactly like the pictures - not always the case with VRBOs - and was immaculately clean when we arrived. The hosts made it super easy to check in, and the house was very comfortable. Cooking and clean up was easy in the kitchen, and the outdoor grill worked well. The lakeshore was perfect - enough sand for the little ones to play, good swimming for the older ones, and the pontoon was pristine, ran well. We hope to return again next summer.”

“The property was a perfect fit for our small family! The weather was sub par for our stay but the porch made it easy to enjoy the cabin during the storms. Lots of games to play and space to spread out. The fishing (the main reason for our visit) was great, whether off the dock or out on the boat exploring the lake. The neighborhood is peaceful and the property is spacious. I highly recommend renting this cabin for your family and/or friends! We will definitely be back! ”
