“My parents stayed here on vacation. We live in the neighborhood. We wanted to get something close to us. They had an excellent time. You can't beat the location in history of this building. My parents had everything they needed and the apartment was very clean and cute. Additionally, the owner was incredibly kind. He was around to make sure they had everything they need and told them a little bit about the history of the property as well. We will definitely be having family stay in this location...

“Our family had the best time in Alexandria and DC proper with The George as our homebase. Beds were very comfortable, living space and linens were all fresh and clean. The property is very close to a Safeway grocery store and with all the amenities The George offered we could easily prepare meals. “Great location, very clean, super comfortable beds, plenty of towels, well equipped kitchen, tv with Netflix, there were some board games too. There is a nice deck and backyard with a grill (we did not have time to use but looked great!) Host is so friendly, welcoming and very quick in responding to messages. We were in town to attend a memorial service for my father at Arlington National Cemetery, and this was the perfect location: a quiet neighborhood, convenient to shopping and restaurants, and only a few minutes to Arlington.
