“The Chalet was clean and well-kept, the provided instructions for our stay were so easy and clear, the amenities were plentiful and as advertised, and we have never had the pleasure of working with a host as attentive, kind and pleasant as Chris! The location is beautiful and was perfect for a quiet weekend away from 4th of July fireworks (my dog doesn’t do well with fireworks). “Great getaway and pool. We spent most of our time just relaxing. Plenty of spacious rooms, beds and extra fold out beds. Quiet comfortable AC. Large secluded property only 1 hour from Sacramento. Beautiful wine Country. A bonus was Manson, a friendly neighborhood dog that just wanted to sit on the steps near the pool and be petted!”

“Vi är mycket nöjda, vi fick ett nyrenoverat rum. Lugnt o skönt. Det enda som drog ner betyget var den otroligt dåliga frukosten, där hade de satsat på donutsen i olika smaker, vilket inte passade oss. Förutom frukosten, så var vi alla väldigt nöjda med boendet!”

“Perfect location, the bed was very hard, but they solved it with an extra bedmadrass! water spilled on the floor of the shower, was resolved temporarily with towels. The door hung a bit so it was difficult to lock and unlock!!”

“Served our families needs and expectations perfectly. No AC was a concern going into it for us TX folks (AC is a must in TX!!) but opening balcony door with a fan sucking in the 55 degree night air was perfect to really cool down the upper levels. This is our second stay at this property and we’d gladly come back. Thank you!”

“We took our grandsons here as they requested a cabin in the woods to honor their parents that have passed away. We wanted to create new good memories for them. Their parents took them camping and to cabins all the time.”

“We loved this place and regretted that we were only here one night. Our room was quite small, which was fine for a night, but I would get a larger room next time The property backs up to Camp Richardson, so it was very quiet. I loved taking out a bike to ride the bike trail through the area. The owners are great, very accommodating. This place is a work of love and it shows. ”

“Had beach toys, quiet, 2 steps from beach so made easy with a toddler . Plates for toddler , tent for wind, literally everything. I have never seen a rental with so many things and across the street is Grocery store . Best ever ”

We loved the fact that they had a pool for our kids to play with and loved the onsite breakfast!The location was another plus. I loved how close it was to so many of our favorite Tahoe spots and to Heavenly Village which has so many stores, restaurants & activities!”

“Great stay for 2 nights and an excellent location. Check in and check out process was easy. The kids stayed upstairs. Def take note of the low ceiling but the kids loved it. Would def recommend and stay again!”

“The property was very clean and lived up to the advertisement. The best part was it’s location as we were attending the golf tournament and it was roughly 3/4 of a mile away, walking distance.”

“The cabin itself was beautiful. Prime location on the water and very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and there were house towels for everyone. Downsides:1) Almost every bedroom had a skylight that was VERY bright in the morning. 2) A compressor in the hot tub was broken, so we didn't get to use that AND i was told the rental company would reach out to me and they did not3) Getting to the dock attached to the house was a little treacherous”
