“I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay after trekking or touring the Maras salt mines, the Sacred Valley, or Machu Picchu. We stayed here after our four-day trek on the Inca Trail. “My wife and I are visiting Cusco from Dallas, Texas. We had a wonderful stay. The host spoke English and was very kind and helpful. He showed us how to operate the appliances. There was hot water in the shower, a gas stove, washing machine, refrigerator, TV with Netflix (big plus), and electric portable space heater (another big plus). “Zans was an absolute gem. The apartment was quiet, spotless and perfectly appointed. It was a gentle 15 minute walk to the centre, with a chicken restaurant and supermarket less than a minute away. The customer service was the best we have had for a very long time. When you booked your breakfast, it was delivered and later d out on your dining table. The beds were super warm, and there was heating if you needed it Would highly recommend!”
