"An absolutely unforgettable stay. We celebrated our 10-year anniversary here and the hotel went above and beyond to make it special those little extra touches really made the trip. The service was genuinely 5-star from start to finish. Staff were attentive, warm, and made us feel truly taken care of throughout our stay. The facilities were excellent, with a great variety of restaurants on-site so you never run out of options. Breakfast in particular was fantastic a wide spread, beautifully presented, and high quality across the board. The location is perfect. Right next to a shopping mall where you can find everything you need, but still calm and well-positioned. And the view we had a room facing the water and it is hands down the most beautiful view I have ever had from a hotel room. Completely surreal, especially at sunrise and sunset. We could not have asked for a better anniversary trip. Highly recommended."

"Stora fina rena rum. Bra frukost. Nära flygplatsen men transfern (som är lätt att hitta) tar ändå cirka 15 minuter. Området hotelet ligger i är rätt trist."

"Very kind to offer airport transfer. The room have all you need and the bed were very comfortable. However the AC was loudly but you could open window/ balcony door and since the temperature was below 20 deg C it helped us indeed. The breakfast was very fresh and extensive opening hours generous. Big thanks to their gluten free assortment I would not worry about the location. If you want to go to the plaza it cost 15 soles single way with uber. Conclusion: I strongly recommend this hotel All in all well recommended hotel. "

"Bra och tryggt hotell. Riktigt bra frukost med stort utbud. Trevlig personal - särskilt José i dörren som hjälpte till med taxi och gav tips om området. Litet gym, hantlar och några cardio-maskiner. Trevligt poolområde även om dynorna på solsängarna var fläckiga - de borde bytas och vattnet i poolen var lite grumligt. Jag åt i restaurangen några kvällar och även om den inte var så mysig så var maten väldigt god. "

"Jättebra hotel med jättetrevlig personal. Ligger 10-15 minuters promenad från plaza de armaz. San pedromarknaden på andra sidan gatan. Jättebra restaurang intill (urpi) och en livsmedelsaffär runt hörnet. Stor altan på taket. "

"AMAZING stay! The best and coolest place we have ever stayed on. If you are visiting Ollantaytambo you have to book this place for a night. Stunning views from the dome and I recommend early check in to enjoy the view. We choose to not stay in the climbing domes and instead choose the top cupole dome which was a short walk to. It was not that expensive and so worth it. We fell asleep to a Thunderstorm meaning we could see lightning on the Victoria Mountain. Everything went smooth with the pick up with communication via WhatsApp. Fist by car and then ATV last meters. Staff was very friendly. The only thing I would give as feedback is to offer a lower pillow as it was very hard and high. But everything else was great, loved the blankets and impressive that this standard is offered on such a high altitud. Make yourself a favor and book this experience! "
