“Great kitchen with all appliances but also staples like flour and other supplies for use in cooking/baking. I liked the windowless bedroom, cabinets were plentiful and well-stocked in kitchen, everything was very clean and enough towels. Toilet worked better when I poured additional water into tank. First time stay at place with no front desk. Remote person could have better explained timing of providing needed entry code. Only complaint.”

“We were looking for a place off the beaten path to stay. We certainly found it in this cabin! It was very quiet at night and served our purposes well. The only negative thing l have to say is it was a lot smaller than l expected. I’m a fairly big guy and had an issue or two with space. ”

“We loved the cabin, it was as charming as advertised and had everything we needed. The resident alligator greeted us shortly after we arrived. We spent a lot of time out on the bayou in our boat sightseeing and making memories. Enjoyed our 6 night stay. ”

“Location was great. Close to the LSU campus. Quiet neighborhood. Had a little trouble with the AC, but host got it taken care of it quickly. We would definitely consider this Vrbo again if we are ever in Baton Rouge again.”

“The grass was tall and we smelled sewer the whole time. This was our second stay here We went for the fishing and had fun with that. The cabin is clean with adequate supplies ”

“The house was beyond my expectations. Very clean and felt very homely. The area is right around the corner from LSU (straight trip). Owner was very responsive. When I come back to Baton Rouge I will definitely book here again!!! Do not hesitate book here you will not regret it.”

Stephen and Holly made us feel so welcome and some of the friendliest people ever. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. We will definitely be booking more trips to this property in the future. ”
