"Nice place, easy to arrive Clean, with all you need in your room, they also have an easy check in, in some mini you are inside from the airport, you walk from a bridge and you are there. "The rooms were nice and clean with beautiful view of the beach. Comfortable bed but pillows were very hard and thick. Nespresso coffee available in the room and minibar was included. We had to change our room after first night because it was a connecting door between us and the next room and the neighbors were partying and waking us in the middle of the night. We had to call the reception to come and tell them to be quiet. In the morning we asked for a room with no connecting door and the reception changed it for us. The food and alcohol at the hotel is average and of cheap quality, especially the beef was ”glued beef” and the steak had very soft texture and didn’t taste beef. The breakfast buffet was good and good coffee. Good coffee is hard to find in Cancun and Tulum. Beautiful beach and nice pools. Yoga sessions by the beach in the mornings and nice gym. Friendly staff and good location and easy to take the local bus to Cancun centre. "
