“Second time visiting. We visiting on easter before. They've added some small appreciated upgrades. The road is a little rocky but its not far from the main road. Food at the nearby bar is fantastic. The views from the house are great. The hosts are the best, super friendly and communicate well. I have no complaints. “We absolutely loved this cabin! Plenty of room inside and out. Teresa is a gem! She goes beyond to make sure your stay is the most comfortable! We enjoyed the hot tub so much, we're thinking about buying one now. If you want to just rest, relax, read, reboot yourself, this is the perfect place. When we woke up we were surprised to find an enormous green pasture behind the cabin with the river just behind the pasture. It was so beautiful! “Great stay, cabin had everything we needed and the firewood on property was nice. Plenty of room for the dog to roam outside and we left tick free, which is always a plus. Park bench in front of your personal falls went great with the morning coffee. Blackwater falls was a fun trip. The path down is on the back side of the parking lot beside the snake shop. “Spacious property, lots of walking opportunities. Our son fished, daughter and son-in-law splashed in the river. We sat by the creek and played our ukuleles and sang old time tunes. The house had everything we needed for cooking, showers, laundry and relaxing. ”

“Wonderful place. The location is ideal. Walking distance to both the nice little town of Thomas one way down a river path and water falls the other direction. Easy drive to Blackwater Falls and everything else this hiker's paradise has to offer. Would definitely come back here again. ”
