“My husband and I visited for our anniversary. The cabin is lovely - beautifully renovated, thoughtfully outfitted, and situated in a lovely forested setting. The king-sized bed was the most comfortable bed that I have slept on away from home. The hot tub uses a saltwater system which is so much more pleasant than the usual chlorine/bromine systems found in most hot tubs...easier on the skin and respiratory system. We were very pleased with our experience and definitely plan to return to this...

“Well maintained, staff were very couteous and mini golf was quite fun. We stayed in the farm house that can accomodate upto 12 guests (4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms), the house was decorated with antique/rusty tools that gave it a unique character,kids loved it!! Overall it was a fun experience.”

“Place was perfect for a couple or small family. Very clean. Only complaints would be the hot water doesnt last long (it does come back fairly quick though). Also, hot tub room could use a couple of windows for a breeze. Host was perfect to work with and even accommodated me on some date changes well. Overall, excellent ”

When you get there the first thing you notice is that this cabin is really, really in the woods. It was so nice and that was what I was looking for when I booked. “Beautiful original log home. Deck built out on Cheat River for gorgeous views and wildlife. Wonderful fire pit area. Definite location! The home is well equipped with many hospitalities. Awesome hot tub all of property direct views of the river. Fishing was fabulous too!”

“Loved this cute little basement apartment for our stay at Harpers Ferry! Parking was a little tight but at least there was parking. The room still smelled new and beds were so comfortable! Only issue was the upstairs neighbors decided to run their water starting at 5:45am and the water pipes were very noisy in the basement! It woke both me and my friend up… we tried to fall back asleep but gave up by 7 when it was clear they were not turning it off anytime soon. Other than that it was great! ”

“The hosts are really awesome. The location is amazing, with really cool trails on property and state parks and horseback riding really close. The house was very comfortable, had everything we needed. ”

“We got here on friday afternoon got checked right in. The cabin is so nice, clean and spacious perfect for our anniversary weekend. We are talking about coming back with our kids next time. Hiked through the woods and it wa sa beautiful walk. Hughly recommend.”

"The lady in the reception was Quick and everything went smooth. Big room enough for four adults. The breakfast was ok but we were missing scrambled egg and bacon. Everything clean and in good order. And quiet. "

"We have traveled a lot and we have visited a lot of countries. In USA if you don’t book the top hotels with 4-5 stars it’s usually very worn down and quite dirty. This hotel is very fresh, quite new but also very well cleaned. All the girls that worked at the check in were great and had big smiles. Room was super fresh. Obviously it’s not a luxury hotel but for the standard it’s actually the best one we have stayed in so far."
