“The home was lovely and very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay. However, the hot tub is false advertising. We were excited to enjoy this amenity, but sadly it was not filled. We messaged the host about this and didn’t hear anything back, which was disappointing. A simple explanation or brief apology would have been appreciated. The hot tub should not be featured so prominently in the listing. ”

“Mother nature threw a curve ball right before our stay. Host was dealing with some water damage due to power outage. We arrived after a 3 hour drive, only to find an empty pool. But Host Justin communicated the issue and he was on it, making sure he had the professionals there fixing everything and we were able to enjoy the pool and comfortable stay at this house. I now trust any future bookings with this host will go above and beyond our expectations. Thank you Justin and Kyle!”
