“John is an incredible host and we would stay with him again anytime! We had an unforeseen issue arise shortly before our stay and John responded to us immediately. He went above and beyond and out of his way to make additional accommodations and worked with us to make sure we were taken care of. Can’t say enough good things about John and his place. “We’ve been coming to HMT for about 6 years. The house was great. Clean. Well maintained. Host was readily available for any and all questions. Self check in. Love the central location between all of our normal trails. I gave it a 4 star over all because although it had free wifi there was no cellular service. For some of our crew it was difficult to keep in touch with family. The other issue was the couches were too low for our crew. I know they change to beds but sitting in them was difficult...
