“I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. ”

That said, there were two issues: 1) The property has no central heating and the space heaters are not able to keep up with the cold weather (probably would be fine if it were 60 degrees outside), 2) more importantly, there was enough hot water for 1 person to take a 5 minute shower (and no heater in the bathroom). Being built in the early 20th century allows for charm that you cannot find in a modern home these days, including original crown molding and dual staircases. “We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Communication was top notch, the Loft was awesome . The only thing I would say is if you need entertainment bring a laptop or tablet there are no tv’s in the loft, the WiFi was great though. We needed to be close to the Convention Center and it only took us about 10 minutes to walk there and Reading terminal. I would absolutely stay here again . Much better than a hotel!”
