Our room was a bit small, the picture made the room look bigger than it was, The beach was a bit further than i thought because i miss read and thought we were on ocean front but at least we only had to cross the road, no counter space, and missing things that you find at any hotel but other than that , it had more postive than the negative. “Totally amazing. Beautiful decor. Very clean and comfortable. From our patio, we could see the beach. We got beach chairs from the front desk. It was a short walk to the beach. The front desk was very friendly and tried to give us everything that we needed. Completely satisfied.”

“The place was amazing. It was right across from the beach with a view. Easy to check in and out. We got email around 2:30 our unit was ready. Lots of restaurants within walking distance that were amazing. We ate at Fiddlers, Iguanas, Crab Daddy’s (Fried Grouper Fingers) and Southern Soul BBQ. Will definitely recommend and add to my favorites ”

“It was very clean and in a cute setting. Dogs are welcome but there is really no space to walk them on property. No pool for children. It was very close to the beach, 4 min. Walk and a great beach bar/ restaurant that also welcomed our dog. Small and quaint setting. We were happy with our choice.”

“We’ve stayed in The Terraces multiple times, almost every time we come down to visit our family in the area. It’s a perfect location to the beach, and short distance to the downtown/Centre Street area. We’ve never had any issues with the accuracy of the rental, or cleanliness. This condo is on the smaller side, but we didn’t mind that since it’s just me and the spouse, and we don’t spend a lot of time in the condo. Would rent again. ”

“Perfect for my family to relax during a golf tournament. The host, David, reacted quickly to a small issue on arrival. The issue was resolved quickly and we had no other issues during our short stay. The home was clean and well equipped. The location is off a main road so there is some road noise but we were so tired after full days it did not bother us.”

“Beautiful accommodations, and I love how everything was clearly explained per check-in and check-out via text and in-suite, including instructions on bikes, washer/dryer, TV, etc. Staff was happy to accommodate with a change in pillows and extra blankets. The boardwalk had seating which allowed guests to view the ocean. "Before arriving I tried calling and emailing several times without any respond. The room had only one lamp that worked. Shower curtain broken with big holes. Ducked taped wire. Sticky floor, no soap. They were som of the issues. Breakfast was awful. Didn’t even have milk. "
