“Apartment was as pictured and was of high quality. Staff were all helpful and polite.
What needs to be understood when booking these apartments is that the area in which they are located is terrible. There is nothing to do, everything is run down and the options for eating out are extremely limited. There's a large Westfield shopping centre at the end of the road which doesn't have that many major retailers in it and closes at 5:30pm. “It was all ok. However some room for improvement.
We chose a room with pentry to be able to do a bit of cooking ourselves. However, there was no oven, a lack of saucepans and notes with restrictions and the cost of the fire alarm went on. Which it according to one of the notes it did quite easily.
Also, the cleaners changed towels in spite of us following the instructions to not change towels.
Finally one of two lifts were out of order about two out of four days. In a building with 20...

“As I was going on a cruise I wanted to stay close to the airport train at Circular Quay and also close to the Overseas Passenger Terminal, so this was a perfect choice. My "room" was actually an apartment, with full kitchen and living area downstairs and bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Narrow walkway with some steps up and down to get to the room. Also a narrow and steep staircase up to the bedroom. Consider not bringing your heavy luggage upstairs. If you don´t have a problem with stairs...
