"Terrible experience at this guset house. When we arrived tyou couldn not flush and the girl at the front desk promised us to fix that. We took a walk at the town and went back, still not fixed but she promised us the plumber was on his way. After a couple of hours we come back again and were promised it was fixed. Guess what, it was not and there was no plumber!! She lied to us!! When we wanted to change room there was none, even though there were two avalible on the website! When we wanted to leave and hove our money back she all of a sudden had a room! It was so much small but we were so tired after a terrible day that we had to take that. We did not get an excuse or complimentary, I asked the manager to contact me but she did not!! We would like some refound because of not having a functional room until 9 pm and a much smaller room with one queenbed instead of two. We paid for a large room with two quennbed and shoul have a refound for the price difference. I would never recommend this guest house to anyone, bad service and very old bathrooms and also many steps to reach the rooms!"
