House came stocked with all the beach necessities including a wireless/portable fan, beach bags, beach towels, beach chairs and snorkeling accessories! Loved that it was behind a gated entrance and people were there to great us upon our arrival and kept in touch thru out our stay should we need anything. Can’t wait to stay here again! “Our stay at this property exceeded our expectations! James was very communicative leading up to our stay, and met us at our car rental location to lead us to the property. Since this was our first time at St. John, this was very helpful. He gave us a tour of the property, sharing tips to improve our stay, and even prepared a snack platter of some goodies from a local market. The bathrooms and bedrooms were fully stocked with anything we could need (extra blankets, fans, AC, basic toiletries)....

“This studio is great for couples. The location is excellent for walking to the majority of the very good restaurants in Cruz Bay. We rented a Jeep for four of the days we were there to explore other areas of St. John and that worked out very well. The Grande Bay complex is nice, with a good pool and jacuzzi and large enough deck area with lounge chairs and umbrellas. If you plan to cook just note that you will need to use the hot plates provided as there is no stove or range top. This was...

“Wonderful location, great communication, and comfortable clean rooms. The hosts were extremely responsive and had amenities such as beach chairs, towels, and a place where guests can leave things for other guests to use. We had a private patio that has a view of the ocean with crashing sounds of the waves. The villa was a convenient walk to the town and yet secluded. Wonderful stay!”
