“Beautiful, high end condo-like suite with full kitchen and laundry. Beds were comfortable and it was very upscale homey.”

“We really enjoyed our stay - from the balcony, there was a wonderful view of the tops of the trees that covered the valley behind the house. We would watch iguanas eating tropical flowers on the treetops and parakeets flying back and forth. The interior was great too, with a great kitchen and comfortable furnishings.”

“Mayling’s property is brand new, completely redone. We stayed on the ground unit. The tile is beautiful and has great bathrooms. The kitchen is nice..we did not cook but the space is comfortable. Smart TVs in all three rooms. This is a nice unit that feels new. Mayling also left us plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, even beach chairs that we did not use, as we had our own. Warning, it is hard to find and the driveway is very steep, but she gave us excellent directions and any...

“The address is 13C Contant road. It is one half of the upper floor of the building. New construction going up in the neighboring property. Expedia's map has the location on the wrong part of Contant road. The road is quite steep. Backing out and turning around takes practice. Otherwise, the facility is good & clean. We appreciated the cooler, the beach towels and chairs, etc..”

“I needed to go to St. John to go to the last of 63 National Parks. This unit fit the bill for me as it was close to Cruz Bay and had off street parking. The unit is a bit small and dated. The team was wonderful to work with and communicated with me extremely well. They even drove me to the unit from the ferry, I chose to walk back when leaving.”

But, the kitchen did not have a stove. After looking through all cabinets we found they have a single burner and a separate grilled that worked just fine. ”

Be forewarned you definitely need a 4wd, and put it IN 4wd, to get up the hill…and hill can be slick after rain, so time it well. A view that overlooks car ferry area. Oh, and no need for alarm...
