However we felt management were very genuine is their action to help us understand what happened, and were interested in our feedback. They went OVER AND ABOVE our expectations to make amends. “Good location and good size room. Walking distance to CIQ. City Square and Komtar JBCC within walking distance. Highly recommend.”

“Property is nice, convenient with some shops and eateries just downstairs. Food selection within walking distance of the area is so-so, not many varieties. The R&F Mall itself is rather quiet, but there are a few pretty good massage shops upstairs that are very reasonably priced. The 3bedroom unit we stayed in is clean, and the view was nice. It was abit noisy in one of the bedrooms facing the busy road leading to the checkpoint. The condo has great amenities. ”

“There was a musty smell in the lobby and common corridor of the apartment. But it was all good in the 2-bedroom apartment, spacious and everything is working as it should.”

“Kids are excited about the in-room facilities. It’s good and clean overall, the only thing which can do better probably is the bathroom. There’s some stink came out from the drain. ”

“Other than the noisy cars at late night around 1-2am, the room is comfortable and nice. The house is equipped with alot of stuff like washing machine, cooking pot to do many things.”
