“Great staff and good communication ”

“The hotel is in a good location and very spacious rooms. The room condition is not great upon closer inspection as there are a lot of small damages, but in general it was a pleasant stay and decent value for money. The breakfast was good. The staff at check in and maintenance staff were not very useful and I saw the cleaners hiding often on their phones, but when they did the work it was fine.”

“The location is convenient, near the Woodland border and close to local shopping malls. Breakfast was very basic with limited choices, and the lack of variety became noticeable if staying more than two nights. The lift lobby of 33A, where the restaurant is located, was greasy and slippery, which made the experience less pleasant.
