“We were skeptical about the stay as this is our first time staying at Somerset. It turned out everything was perfect! The location was very convenient and central, just 5 mins walk to Legoland and the medirini mall. We had the 2 room unit and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was such an enjoyable stay! ”

Better grab a cab to the location from CIQ as it is not easy to locate the Block I am staying and the walking distance to the service apartment (via bridge linkway) is simply too long and tiring. Not easy to locate the premise on your own. Now I know better.”

“Other than the noisy cars at late night around 1-2am, the room is comfortable and nice. The house is equipped with alot of stuff like washing machine, cooking pot to do many things.”

“Clean and decent. Rooms are generally comfortable, only thing is don’t have warbrobe. Having mahjong room is great! Booked 2 units and 1 of them don’t have frying pan for own cooking. Overall still clean and decent accommodation. ”

“There was a musty smell in the lobby and common corridor of the apartment. But it was all good in the 2-bedroom apartment, spacious and everything is working as it should.”

“The property has basic amenities and furnishing. It met basic needs. Check in and out was easy. The aircon units however were not cold at all. ”

“Check-in/out time can be improved, 4pm is abit too late for check-in. And instruction was also sent late.l Check-in process can also be improved, for 1st timer is abit complicated as we weren't know where the letter-box is located to picm-up the key. Security is tight too. Room wise, beds are comfortable. Enough towels.”

"I liked the hotel, and most of all, the stuff for their service mind. Really felt welcome and they took very well care of the entire family. Even if it is a 3 star, felt more like 4🌟. "
