“We were satisfied for the price we paid for our stay. Property was essentially a serviced apartment, however the doors and corridors as well as some parts of our rooms were worn. The room was generally clean and comfortable. We were served by Nick at the front counter and she was very welcoming and thoughtful. Walking distance to Legoland although we did not visit it this trip. ”

“Staff were friendly and approachable. Check-in was a breeze. Property was clean and felt safe. Some things in the apartment looked a little jaded but not significantly so. Everything worked fine. And for a short stop, wonderful that there is a Hard Rock Cafe right in the basement. My wife and I enjoyed a couple of drinks listening to the live band. But the music did not penetrate and affect the rest of the building. So overall, pretty pleased with our stay.”

“Stay was simple as it was only a single-night stay. It was an apartment-like hotel but we got fairly disappointed that lots of amenities were not found within the unit. Website published the provision of plenty of amenities. However, we had to request for very basic amenities such as toilet hand soap/hand wash! We were even informed that toothbrushes are not provided. It would be fine if toothbrush kit are not provided if is an serviced apartment style accom but the accom publicise itself as a...

“Generally clean and very convenient location, right next to KSL mall. However take note no interconnect. You will need to perform self service check in and check out by collecting keys from letter box. You will also need to throw all rubbish yourself during check out. Room and toilet is clean. ”

“Parking is absolutely terrible and we needed to go an entire round to get back to the car park. But the room is fine and has essentials.”

“The wait for lift to check out need to be improved as all are full for more than 20 minutes. Labels for shampoo and body wash should be well defined”
