“We very much enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very clean, in a fairly good area of town (downtown Jacksonville) and close to the base where our son is stationed. Only one tv in the house in the den and none in the bedrooms which might be a problem for some, especially if you're used to watching tv in bed. Also, property is listed as pet/dog friendly but host expects you to leave pets outdoors and not in the house. Backyard fence is not secure if you have a larger dog or an "escape artist"...

“Absolutely perfect! I don’t have 1 negative thing to say. Everything looks identical to the pictures. Melinda was great at communication. I even locked ourselves out at one point and someone was there to fix it within minutes. Even had a cute little fishin spot in the back yard. So close to everything without being stuck in the traffic as well. Will definitely book again if ever in the area. And Melinda, I absolutely loved the decor. None of us wanted to leave. ”

The only problem we had was communicating with the host, but that is probably because we are senior citizens who are technology challenged and did not know we would be emailed the check in code at check in time. it was very frustrating to not be able to communicate with anyone to find this out.. ”
