“We stayed for six days with our family in a two-room apartment with a kitchen. Everything looked great and fresh. The bathroom was clean and modern, and the rooms were in good condition. The TV in one of the rooms was not working, but after we informed the staff, they fixed it, which we really appreciated.
The parking was included, which was fantastic. There was also a grocery store and a fast-food place right next to the hotel, which was very convenient.
We can definitely recommend this...

“We really enjoyed our stay.
The room was spotlessly clean.
The pool is amazing - clean and empty each time we visited.
The walk to the tram is just 10 minutes.
There is an excellent organic supermarket right next door.
The only slight downsides....
Reception is only open from 15.00-20.00. We did wonder what would have happened if we had an issue outside these hours.
There is a daily parking fee - not sure why this is as the car park was relatively empty and it is not city-centre located.

“Very very bad experience! The sheets were not changed from the last client ! I had to remove them and sleep on the mattress using a towel!!! The floor was dirty my white socks became black !
After driving for 9hours from north Germany I had no courage or energy to go to the reception ask for anything or change the hotel ! I just stood put!
Plus, even if I paid my room via hotel.com the reception guy wanted to take my bank card to get a guarantee!! Never saw or heard of that before !
I know that...

“Flott beliggenhet ved parken. Veldig koselig med balkong. Rent og ordentlig.
Gratis parkering rett utenfor, men så ikke noe til lademulighetetene.
Bra utstyrt kjøkkenkrok og fint bad.
Litt smal seng. Vi er veldig fornøyd med oppholdet.”

“Lets just say that if you like diversity amongst hotel apartment guest you got it! The reception lady was really nice helping me the last day to store stuff and could still use internet when d-bahn had canceled my train and I fast needed to book a new one.”

“It was great even though everything in the entire hotel was different nuances of grey and beige. The receptionists were very helpful and the breakfast was small but varied. It was cool in the room (which was great because outdoors it was 35°), but at night it wasn't possible to adjust the temperature and the only way to get it to stop blowing cold air into our faces as we slept was to turn the whole thing off. ”
