“We had the BEST TIME! Brittany went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of this weekend. The yard was a nice size for our dogs and kids to run around. And the kids loved the swings by the fire pit. It was the perfect spot for smores and stargazing in between days of weekend hikes at Cook Forest!”

“The second bedroom was actually just a bed that was in a detached garage. Complete with a roll up garage door and items stored in there. We opted to sleep on the recliner. The house itself was awesome, but the lot was a bit unkept. LOVE the restaurant down the street. Ate there 3 times. ”

“My husband and I have been going to Tionesta for some time now. He grew up going to a family camp in the area and it is a fabulous place for fishing, hiking, tubing in the summer and just unwinding. There are some extremely nice wineries around the area. This little cabin was adorable and very efficient. The owner was easy to deal with and anxious to please. “very beautiful property. although was not expecting it to be so close to the road. everything was wonderful except for the patio down below has a bee's nest built behind the couch I was stung twice our dog was stung multiple times. the water inside of the camp the hot is cold and the coldest hot the door knob needs fixed just small things minus that we enjoyed our stay”

“Loved the proximity to Cooks Forest. There’s a nice brewery nearby as well. The cabin had cute touches and a fairly well equipped kitchen, however the interior doors do not stay closed themselves. Also it’s close to alumber mill that is a bit noisy. ”

“We loved our weekend in the woods at Hemlock Haven. We had a lot of trouble finding the place as our GPS wouldn't recognize the address and it's not visible from the road. The gate threw us off as well because we weren't looking for a gated driveway, (and it was labeled a different number than the cabins address). I noticed this in others comments also, a simple fix would be a message before arrival included w the welcome/renters agreement messaging. Once we found it, we loved its location!...

“We had an excellent weekend at the cabin, very happy with the ax throwing/swings by the fire. We are used to traveling/camping so brought many things with us to make the weekend easier. - The backyard is not well lit & puddles water. Need flashlight/headlamp, rubber boots, & extra trash bags to cover the wet seats. The owner and his helpful daughter brought us two boxes of dry wood. Thank you! Lighter fluid was provided, no matches. Patio fireplace was not used: cushions left out in the rain...

“From start to finish, our experience expectations were met and/or exceeded. Josh was not only kind and prompt with his responses, he's a guy who treats others as you'd assume to be treated. You need something, he'll accommodate. You don't need anything, he trusts you, but still tries to suggest. If we could have had a better experience, it would not have been because Josh didn't provide. He's a great guy to work with and consider him a friend now. My Dad, Son and I had a great time.”

“3 night stay, the Host is available next door but respects your privacy. Is willing to refill your firewood for outside fires within the ring. Outside charcoal grill available for use. Close proximity to obtain use of the Clarion river. Plenty of parking. Clean and comfortable inside. Big front porch, which is great for socializing.I’ve been renting this place forGetaways twice a year for the past 10 years. ”

“Rustic glam off-the-grid cabin. Very comfortable, clean, and beautifully appointed. You’ll need some basics like a hair dryer, and there’s no microwave, but there is a full sized propane stove with oven. No wifi and minimal cell service, but that’s the good part! The owner had thoughtfully provided some games and cards. ”

“It was our first family cabin trip and we loved the experience. The property was nice and spacious and fit the 9 of us there. We were 3 teens and 6 adults and were able to fit in the main cabin. We also checked out oil creek state park. Our only issue was the low heat when using the stove for cooking. 9/10 would recommend. ”
