“The property was very clean and the houses are very well maintained. The swimming pool was not operational. The road into the property is horrible they need to work on paving the entrance. The check in didn't go well we arrived after 5:30 pm and the office was closed and there was some difficulties getting checked in but eventually they got it straight. “Kasa was beyond what we expected. It was very clean. 5-6 mins drive to restaurants and bars. 20-25 mins walk, which we did. Safe. Instructions to get in to Kasa was easy. We will definitely be back again! ”

“The house was wonderful and out family had a great time there. The whole property was beautiful. We had never been to Charolette and enjoyed the city very much. Our host responded to our questions and calls in a timely matter. Only recommendations I would have is better instructions about hot tub and pool so we didn’t have to call about those (like turning on heat for pool) It would have been nice to have a few pool items (floaties) but really enjoyed the lake items provided the kayaks and...

"Door handle on inside of door to room fell off. We got another room as it was late and no maintenance was on duty. Shuttle van to airport wouldn’t start when we were to leave for airport. The front desk eventually called us an Uber. Luckily our flight was half an hour delayed otherwise it would have been tight. Friendly staff. "
