“I've stayed at the Subshine House numerous times and it is as charming as ever with the new ownership. It's a serene oasis! The sunrises from the deck and expansive views from the house are amazing. The house is clean and well stocked and there is a TV in each room. My dog enjoyed playing in the big yard and water. Kiran was super nice, communitive and helpful. I will definitely come back again.”

“We had a very nice stay at this house during our spring break. I’m sure this is a great place to visit in the summer months! We were there very early spring so mostly rain, and a lot of things are not yet open this time of year yet. “We love this property, this is the second time we stayed here! Everything was great other then I think he last guests spilled something on the pool table and it was molding. I sent a message to the property manager when we discovered it. (but that is a minor issue that is easily resolved) One of the bathrooms was a little dirty upon arrival (hair int he drain etc.) Other than that this house was perfect for our get together with friends! We will be back again!”

“We had a nice time, the house was a great size for my family of four and our dogs. I wish there had been a king size bed though, all rooms just had queens (or bunks). We’d love to come back when it’s warm and not raining…end of March the water was about 64 degrees so too cold to get in (although my hubby and kids did a few cold plunges). The hot tub was great, and the dock and boat house were nice. We brought our own kayaks and were able to do that a bit. It’s super easy to walk down the yard...

“This home has all you need for a quiet lakeside retreat. The private boat launch is just a few minutes walk from the house and it is a short boat ride to get from the launch to the private dock.
