“Beautiful property with a great outdoor area, pool and a great dock. Interior is a great layout and perfect for families. Location on the lake is perfect and convenient to a lot of our favorite places of the lake. Neighborhood is a little older and run down. Lake is very shallow at the dock and a little dirty. But overall we enjoyed the heck out of our stay and the home.”

“We have been staying in Eatonton on lake oconee or Sinclair for the last 3 years, in search of a home our whole family fits in comfortably and enjoys equally. THIS IS IT! “It was wonderful! Cozy, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and peaceful. Great location. Great dock and porch! Stayed outside the entire time. House was stocked with everything and then some. We've stayed at several rentals over the years at Oconee, but this was my absolute favorite- hands down!! Already planning another stay!”

“Nice property. My gps didn’t take me to the right house but my husbands did. House was clean, well stocked, quiet and amazing access to the lake. We enjoyed the dock and fire pit as well. Grass was super long but they sent landscaping on our last day. Great neighbors as well. ”
