The property was spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of room for everyone and multiple locations perfect for gathering both inside and outside. “This is will be my go too hotel in Athens from now on. It’s well managed, helpful staff, and the complementary snacks and free Pride flags were chef’s kiss! The only downside was the noise from the street and lobby area on the first floor. However, the hotel provides a white noise machine and ear plugs, and I slept well without using either. ”

“This home is beautiful and is located in a very lovely neighborhood. The view of Lake Oconee is very relaxing. We gathered with longtime friends. Two couples had moved away so we spent a great deal of time relaxing on the porch and catching up. There were four couples and we each had our own bathroom. We did a lot of cooking. The home is very well equipped. ”

“The house was spacious, clean and comfortable with a great layout. The yard was perfect with the firepit and we appreciated the dock and water location as we had boat and jet ski and this was a quiet cove for relaxing but easily accessible to big lake. Disappointed with all the utility powerlines - not scenic but they didn’t interfere with our fun!”

“This is a beautiful home. We loved it so much. The first day we went swimming. The pool in the backyard was fantastic :). The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable. “This is a great location on the Middle to South end of the lake. Super quick ride to " Redneck Island on the water and maybe 20 minutes to Jumping Rock. This home is tucked away in a great location on the lake. The sunsets are amazing. It rained on and off some during our stay we occupied ourselves with the hottub and back porch chillin and card games. Thank you for opening up your home to us. God Bless! ”

“We enjoyed a quiet few days at this great condo. The lake views are peaceful and so is waking up to bird songs each morning.Recommend eating dinner at Table at the Lake; it was excellent. ”

“We were in town for the Masters, within a 11/2 hour drive, plus great courses in the area to play. House was very clean, unfortunately weather didn’t allow us to enjoy the pool, but look nice. ”

“This home is on the older side but has been renovated and is a great place! Great area of the lake, safe neighborhood. My only advice which is nothing negative, but for anyone coming to stay just helpful… The lighting because of the Tenant windows can be on the darker side at times. I do wish there was some more lighting on the main area of the house, but it was nothing terrible by any means still super great place, but my only advice would be to make sure if you plan on entertaining or cooking...

“The pictures really don't do it justice. The view from the living room, kitchen, and back porch are amazing. The house is clean and cute. My daughter loved jumping off the dock into the lake. My son loved being able to walk out and fish whenever he wanted. We took the canoe out a couple times which was nice. We actually rented a jet ski as well and were able to drive it right up to the dock. The owners left such a nice little set up with some snacks and coffee supplies. I highly recommend this...

“We have stayed at several VRBOs and this is by far the most welcoming and accommodating place we have stayed! The owners were beyond friendly and the home was so welcoming! We visited this lake house for my son’s 11th birthday because he LOVES to fish! We arrived to a sweet birthday card and a little gift for him! It definitely started the weekend off perfectly! “My family and I stayed here for Memorial Day Weekend and had a wonderful time. The back porch and outdoor seating were great places to relax and watch golfers go for the 9th green. ”
