Within walking distance to the beach & town center, you are in the most ideal and central spot in WindMark Beach. The beach is a 6-9 minute walk. Wind Mark Community is a well-planned community & offers all the amenities of a family-oriented beach community, including a resort-style pool (heated October through April 2026 ), fitness center (day passes additional), nature trail over 2 miles for running, biking, and walking, and boardwalks. The charming laid-back downtown nearby has multiple dining options, including casual and fine dining.

The space

Perfect for a beach getaway with family and friends, this property features 4 bedrooms with sleeping accommodations that include 3 king beds, 2 sets of bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa. You will have access to all the amenities you need for a perfect vacation, including a fully stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and a complete supply of linens, utensils, and a starter supply of amenities. The community pool offers heated water, ensuring a pleasant swim even during cooler months. Heating is available until March 2025.

House boasts an open floor plan with comfortable living area, cozy dining space, and kitchen with granite counter tops. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with all your needs for your home away from home to either serve a hearty breakfast or prepare a home cooked family meal for those nights when you don't feel like eating out. If you are not in the mood to cook indoors, you can always BBQ on the grill outside. (Propane tank refills are guest responsibility).

Roku smart TVs are in the living room and every bedroom.

Enjoy the luxury master suite (bedroom 1) with comfortable king bed and en suite bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower. 65 inch flat-screen Roku TV and ceiling fan.

Two additional bedrooms (bedrooms 2 and 3) have comfortable king beds and Roku TVs.

4th bedroom which is ideal for kids to enjoy their own space, has 2 twin bunk beds to sleep 4 kids plus Roku TV.

There is additional sleeping space for 2 on the queen sleeper sofa in living room.

Second shared bathroom off the hallway has a shower/tub combination.

⭐️Golf Cart: 4-person electric golf cart for exclusive use within the community! Please message us if you'd like to add this to your booking. It would be an additional $250/stay only. Please note that guests are required to sign a waiver before using the golf cart, and the primary renter must be over 25 years old.

* Self check in with smart lock. Guest have access to the entire house. The property is not a shared one.

* Parking is available onsite but please note that boats, trailers, and RVs are not allowed.

* Please be aware owner has a ring camera on the front of the house for your security. No recording is done

* Signed rental agreement required for access to be provided. We require all main guests a valid ID to be submitted via our online check-in form.


Absolutely no tampons or anything else other than toilet paper and human waste in the toilets.
Flushable wipes are not allowed. This will cause damage to the sewage system and water and toilets to be unusable. Guests will be billed for any damage caused.
