“From communicating about the property and our access of it, Zack made it easy for us to settle into the family weekend together. Everyone had their own room and there was space to gather together. The host was super to communicate with and his responses were quick. We would definitely stay here again. 5 Stars!”

“We absolutely loved our stay at this sweet spot. It was cozy and comfortable and well-stocked. We were able to relax and enjoy our time together as a family. We had everything we need and were close to lots of places. Parking and arrival were easy. On-site laundry was a bonus. Thanks so much!”

“Lovely older restored home with beautiful woodwork in the heart of Boone, walk to everything. Near state parks and the Iowa Arboretum, ISU, etc. Very well equipped and the host communication was excellent. Recommend!”

“This home was the right size for our three generations of family. The kids enjoyed sitting on the bar stools in the kitchen while the adults ate at the large dining room table. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the waterfall. ”

“We loved everything!! Don’t be like me though, read the listing don’t just look at the pictures. We were surprised to find there’s a tenant downstairs, separate unit. When I went back to read the listing it was in there. My bad! But it ended up being fine! Loved the coffee, breakfast items, so thoughtful and the home was everything we needed! Thank you! ”

“We stayed here because I was working in Cedar Falls and in Ames and this was a good halfway point. It is so peaceful by the river and the host was very accommodating. My husband lives with a physical disability and doesn't handle stairs well; this place has no stairs and was very accessible and worked well for him. Our dog loved it too, plenty of green space. A lovely spot in a small town, one of our favorite stops. Thank You!”
