“Great family get together! Plenty of sleeping spaces with everyone having their own bathroom! Kids hunted for snails. Plenty of seating to visit , inside & outside. Nice campfire at night. Felt like you were secluded but close to a store if needed. Easy check in & out! Would book again!! ”

“What an incredible weekend! The ranch house….beautiful, cozy and well-appointed! The animals….what a treat!!! Baby goats, baby chicks, mini horses, pot belly pigs, cows and a wild pig who thinks he is a goat!! Just WONDERFUL!! The amenities…camp fire, corn hole, volleyball, pickleball, swimming in the creek…..SO MUCH FUN! If you have a big group of family members right I don’t do it yet or corporate but colleagues,this place cannot be beat!! Don’t miss out! It is truly a piece of Heaven!! ”

“This house had the essentials and was so quaint and clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. It is located in a perfect location, just one block from all things Magnolia. After touring the city, we learned many rental properties were not in very good/safe places, so we felt lucky to have stumbled upon this gem. It was located amid other rental properties and was easy to get around all the great things to do in Waco. We had a wonderful time!”
