“This place is great place for large family groups and it is in the middle of Lake City; everything within walking distance. Our host , Jim, was very helpful and had a lot of good tips about town and local activities. Highly recommend this property. ”

“We were in town for the Telluride Jazz Festival. Great location, spotless rooms, comfy bed, better than average hotel breakfast. Best part was it was only a 10-15 minute walk from our room to the Town Park stage. Parked the car when got in and it didn’t move until we left. Will definitely stay here again.”

“It was a great time in Telluride. The walk out behind the condo has awesome views. It was small for our family of 6 but made us be together and keep the condo tidy. ”

“Loved this property and would go back. However, we didnt have any idea where in the building to enter nor which doors which codes went to. I put this more on Expedia than the property itself however as I assume this is Expedia not passing along pertinent details. Within the building there were multiple coded doors. We just kept trying the code until we found a door it worked on. Downtown is under major construction so that might kill the vibe for some people, but we thoroughly enjoyed our...

“The whole family had a great time and thought the rental was amazing.”

“We really enjoyed our stay! Check-in went smooth and was pretty easy to find even in the dark as we arrived pretty late! Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The pool/hot tub was awesome and all the mountain activities were a blast. We will definitely be back. Thank you! ”

“We booked Neal's place for the Telluride Bluegrass festival and it worked out great. It was about a 15 minute walk to the festival and in a good location. The place was as advertised and accommodated our party of 10. Guest parking instructions were a bit confusing but worked out okay for us.”

“We truly enjoyed our stay. The location of the house was very convenient and close to everything you need in town. We even got to see several large bucks grazing in the yard one morning. We love visiting Pagosa on our family vacations and would stay again if available next time we are in area.”

“ADORABLE cabin with all the right touches! Comfy bed and sofa, updated bathroom, well-stocked kitchen. But who's spending time inside with such an amazing view from the deck?! One of the best around the whole lake! Trail to the shore is steep, as advertised, but worth it to take the canoe out on the lake.
