“Neat hotel that offered a traditional style with modern amenities and check in process. The space was great and offered a good separation for our son to have his own bed. The bath was so nice and welcome after a day of walking and sight seeing. The playground in the neighborhood was perfect and we enjoyed dining close by. The walkable distance to the station was great and check in worked fine at the other hotel, they held our bags as we were early. Never figured out the wifi but didn't ask...

“We love our stay at Kazueya! It gave us a chance to truly experience the ryokan and how locals live. We especially enjoyed the peaceful night in our surroundings :)
In addition, one of the staffs (a young lady) at Pacific hotel was super helpful. Due to the language barrier, she helped me to get bus tickets to shirakawago and to Takayama. I can't thank her enough for that!
Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and I've already rated Kazueya 5 stars on Expedia!”

“A little nice gem in the heart of Kanazawa. It's hard to believe the building was over 100 years old. Great job on the renovation. The entire suite was great for family and perhaps a group of friends. Hugh and well stocked kitchen on 1st floor, large tatami bedroom and a cozy living room on the 2nd floor. The suite was clean and extremely functional, just like staying at someone's home. Love that there were two toilets, one on each floor. A bathroom with tub was also found on 2nd floor so we...

“The house was impeccably clean and organized. The host had already thought of every possible question and had answers written down in English in various guides and instructions. He also provided helpful maps identifying local restaurants and attractions nearby.
The host had great communication and had thought of everything.
I would 100% recommend this property to anyone staying in Kanazawa!!!”
