“There needs to be more glasses in both areas. There definitely needs to be wine glasses...there were absolutely no glasses appropriate for wine. Clearly, people rent both sides: one side had all the plates, the other side had more than its share of pots. Very frustrating. (We did try to leave with both sides equally distributed with glasses and dishes.) Honestly, if every bed is filled, there are not enough dishes for everyone. That said, we did enjoy the cottages. “Property was as promised. It was clean and appeared as in photos. One criticism I’d share is that the sponge in the sink had been used previously. Places we’ve been in the past would give a fresh, unopened sponge for dish washing since used sponges can be home to lots of bacteria. Otherwise very clean. And lastly, every where we go, mattresses are incredibly soft, so you’re not the first. But for back issues, a soft mattress is terrible. But it was a good stay for 2 people, close to the beach....

“The community was very nice. My grandson loved the pool. Beach is short walk across the road. Would be perfect if you could bring a boat. If there was somewhere you could rent topark trailer. Thank you for a enjoyable stay.”

The owners were easily accessible for any issues.The back yard area is nice as it is very scenic, peaceful and private (there are neighbors next door, but separated by a high fence). Great place for the dog, and we loved throwing the net out for bait fish.It is convenient to everything.”

“Location is great. Beds were awesome. Small and quaint room. It has all you need for a couple day getaway to a week getaway. We really enjoyed our trip and the pool was great. We will definitely book again!”

“We just had our wedding on the point and this house was perfect! We had our entire wedding party stay with us and a few extra friends and we had plenty of space. House was clean and the views were unbeatable. 100 person wedding and the house was perfect for hosting. Can’t recommend enough ”

“Great location, just across from beach access. Excellent choice for 2 adults and a dog quick weekend getaway. Only minor complaint is supplies are pretty bare bones. If you plan to cook, suggest bringing anything you may need.”

“Clean, roomy, and all around good place to stay.”

“As described. Like new inside. Spacious. Great yard for dogs. Host was great with communication. Garage. Convenient but kind of off the beaten path. Peacful. Little porch was great for rain.”

“Overall the stay was great. There were some issues. The stove needs repairing. It took an hour too cook breakfast because of the burners. We had roaches in two of the rooms. And there were ants also all along the stove. The home is beautiful. Would have also loved to go on the balcony’s outside on the second fllor”

“We really enjoyed our stay. I will start with all the good stuff. The house had just enough space for our family of five. The property is a block and a half off the beach and very close to a public access point so getting to the beach, even with a canopy, is easy. The owners have some beach gear you can use but it is probably best to bring your own to be sure. The front balcony has amazing views of the ocean and you can hear the waves crashing on the shore. “Great place and location. We were able to right out of our room, and right out to beach! Please use the humidifier because it gets really humid. ”

“The house was conveniently located for beach access..also close to stores, restaurants, and groceries.worked very well for a short stay. The kitchen was a bit scant ,so glad we didn't plan on cooking.otherwise we enjoyed our time together and the beach getaway.”

Fine hotel close to the beach

"The AC unit close to the bed makes a lot of noise. Otherwise a fine hotel. No gym, simple but fully adequate breakfast. Small pool, but right next door to Salty Pirate and within walking distance of the beach. Nice neighborhood!"
