“It’s a brand new property and to get there the address is absolutely different from the location of the property . The customer service is horrible . Air condition did not work and no one was there to repair till the next day . We had electrify issues no one at the reception until 11 pm . It’s not a place I will recommend with that kind of customer service ”

“L'appartement était propre. Le seul hic, c'est la cuisine. Il faut toujours s'adresser à la réception pour que la poubelle soit vidée tous les jours. Les casseroles ne sont pas appropriées. Il n'y a aucune petite casserole pour se faire à manger. Ce n'est pas approprié de faire à manger à une ou 2 personnes dans des casseroles destinées à une famille nombreuse. Ce serait bien si dans l'appartement il y avait au moins 3 à 4 assiettes avec des ustensiles. La coutellerie est impécable....

“Le Clos d'or appartements meublés est un établissement exceptionnel. Le cadre est sécurisé propre, luxueux, calme, et le personnel très professionnel, accueillant et à l'écoute. Ils m'ont offert de me récupérer à mon arrivée à l'aéroport et m'ont également raccompagnée au retour. Pour mes séjours dans la ville de Douala désormais c'est le Clos d'or 👌👍”
