Spahotell i Douala

“It’s a very clean hotel, it’s a 3 star hotel so I had no expectations, but it’s super clean , well maintained, great staff also. The breakfast has a very small selection but all juices are fresh. They exceeded my expectations”

“mes enfants on bien aime et sont prets a retourner ou a recommander votre institution hotelier”

“It’s a brand new property and to get there the address is absolutely different from the location of the property . The customer service is horrible . Air condition did not work and no one was there to repair till the next day . We had electrify issues no one at the reception until 11 pm . It’s not a place I will recommend with that kind of customer service ”

“Shops nearby”

“My stay at this hotel was definitely an interesting experience. The hotel is decent and conveniently located near the airport and downtown. There were a few frustrating situations, mainly due to communication and inconsistent information from staff. I was told braiders were allowed to come to the hotel, but later a housekeeper became upset when I had one in my room. I also had a few uncomfortable interactions with an older restaurant employee, including being asked for money after room service...

“Very nice and clean environment, rooms are big with enough space. Customer service is perfect. Receptionist are bilingual and answer your questions as expected.”

“Best staff ever, Im very happy with my stay :) ”

“They couldn’t find my reservation. The staff wasn’t that helpful at all. Until I haven’t received any refund for the reservation,”

“Welcoming staff and clean property, I will definitely come back.”

“Everything about this residence is amazing. The facility is very clean and the staff is always there to answer and provide immediate answers to any concerns. I really want to thank the entire managerial team for making my stay excellent. I will definitely come back and will recommend this residence to anyone traveling to Douala for any kind of trip be it business, vacation or any trip.”

“Le Clos d'or appartements meublés est un établissement exceptionnel. Le cadre est sécurisé propre, luxueux, calme, et le personnel très professionnel, accueillant et à l'écoute. Ils m'ont offert de me récupérer à mon arrivée à l'aéroport et m'ont également raccompagnée au retour. Pour mes séjours dans la ville de Douala désormais c'est le Clos d'or 👌👍”

“It was amazing. Stayed there twice within a quick and I will go back there given the opportunity ”
