“This place was terrible. Primary bed was broken, couch was broken, mold in the shower, rust completely inside and outside of the coffee pot. Entry is really complicated, there are 3-4 different gates all with different gate codes and we didn’t receive the right codes to get in. No one will ever answer the phone, you can only email and when I told them everything wrong and that I didn’t want to stay there because beds were terrible and everything was broken, dirty and not cared for they refused...

“The apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location for our needs. We had a good stay but it could have been great with a few more simple amenities. There was no dresser space, only 2 pants hangers in the closet and only one towel hook in the bathroom. With no drawers for clothing luggage racks would have been helpful. ”

“I would not recommend stay here. Ever. There was nothing smooth about this stay. The dryer that was mentioned for use, did not work. There were not enough towels for the guests and of course we could not wash them as the dryer did not work. There was no remote for one tv in one room and the other room had no cable or firestick or anyway to watch tv at all. The amenities offered were not available. The only thing that went smoothly was leaving. I do not recommend staying here.”

“Location is quite nice, 15 min walk from tram.
It is very noisy in the surroundings. Both permanent residents and hotel guests use the building. Our neighbour had a party both our nights with loud music all night so we got zero sleep..
Upon arrival we found nails, hair and several bugs inside the apartment which wasn’t nice. Also we found private belongings and dirty laundry from pervious guests.
Other than this the apartment was nice and I can recommend eating at Maples restaurant near by....
